GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip, Oct. 1 - Israeli troops pushed deeper into the Rafah refugee camp on Friday, as the Israeli government continued to debate a plan to withdraw from the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
The Israeli military said it had killed 10 Palestinians in the camp, including a 12-year-old boy, and wounded 15 others. The Palestinian health ministry said 11 Palestinians had been killed and 20 wounded.
