The war in Ukraine has become a test of wills, with both sides trying to outmaneuver each other and gain artillery supremacy. The Ukrainian military has been using a variety of artillery systems, including the Soviet-era 122mm D-30 howitzer, the 152mm 2S3 Akatsiya self-propelled howitzer, and the 155mm M109A2 self-propelled howitzer, which was provided by the United States.
